L'arrêt rendu par la Cour d'appel de Toulouse le 6 mai 2008 concernant la marque "équipe de France de rugby" ne manquera de faire parler tant le sujet est passionnant mais surtout parce qu'il donne une interprétation extensive de l'article L131-17 du Code du sport qui n'est pas exempte de critique
